Lief Bennett of House of Lief is a cartoonist and illustrator from southern New York (not the city) currently living in Columbus, OH. He has been a writer and an artist his whole life, but only recently thought to combine the two crafts as a cartoonist. His comics focus on exploring his experiences as a trans man who grew up in the church through both autobiographical and fictional stories. His primary project right now is his webcomic, Slice of Lief, a lighthearted diary comic documenting his life in Columbus.
