Orin Macom is a 31-year-old queer zinester and creator. Born and raised in Harrisburg, PA, they live with their husband and our dog and they’re currently living my dream of working in my local public library. They have loved zines since they were a kid but they really started making their own a few years ago, during the pandemic. Their zines tend to focus on both silly topics such as a field guide to the Squonk (a local PA cryptid) and their favorite instant ramens, as well more serious topics like their experience of queerness, mental illness, and grief.
